The Avengers is the top grossing superhero film in history. Star Wars: The Force Awakens has a trailer attached to the sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron. Those two films are in position to be the two top grossing films of 2015. Where else would you put a trailer for what is quite possibly the biggest superhero team-up to hit the big screen since these Avengers films, and quite possibly of all time?
Latino Review is reporting that about an hour before the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel begins on Thursday, Zack Snyder will tweet the first five seconds of the new Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer on his Twitter. You’ll then be able to sign up to view the full trailer in a theater on Monday, April 20th.
He also said that you’ll be able to see the trailer again, as it will be attached to some prints of Avengers: Age of Ultron, which could take in around $250 million in its’ opening weekend.
