Elijah Wood – "Fashion Bearer"

From the Shire to the cover of Men’s Book

Elijah Wood, best know for his momentous role as Frodo in Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings trilogy, has made the cover of Men’s Book.

The thirty-one year old actor/producer trades his Hobbit ears for a modernistic Milano suit in the featured interview for the urban styled magazine.

Since completion of the Lord of the Rings, Wood has gone on to star in several films including Frank Miller’s Sin City, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Paris, je t’aime which was shown at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival, and most recently as the voice for Mumble in Happy Feet.

Wood’s artistic talents doesn’t stop there. In 2005 he started his record label, Simian Records, where he signed artists such as The Apples in Stereo and Heloise and the Savoir Faire. Wood also showcased his own musical flare, teaming with DJ and friend Zach Cowie. Together they forged the DJ duo, “Wooden Wisdom”. Elijah has performed his DJ prowess at such events as Bushmills Live 2012 Festival and the pre-Emmy party at The London West Hollywood Hotel.

In December 2012, Wood will reprise his role as Frodo Baggins in the the Lord of the Rings prequel – The Hobbit. You can also see him as Ryan in the FX dark comedy series Wilfred and the voice of Beck in the animated series Tron: Uprising.
